Tomato is the most popular and extensively consumed vegetable crops in the world. In this study, 31 morphological traits included in UPOV descriptor and resistant to tomato yellow leaf curl virus and fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Radices lyco-persici resistance of 91 tomato lines (Solanum Ly- copersicum Mill.) were evaluated. Also resistance of lines was screened for the most important diseases (TYLCV and Fusarium) using Ty-1, Ty-3 and Frl genes specific markers (JB1, P6-25 and SCAR_(Frl) respectively). As result, for Fusarium 36 and 59 lines had resistance allele of Frl and Ty-3, Ty-1 genes respectively. According to discriminant analysis of the traits five traits had significant contributions to multivariate discrimination of three clusters. Fruit weight had high correlation (r~2=0.89) with clusters. To assess morphological traits and resistant condition of lines would help plant breeders in planning the best breeding programme. So this lines can be use the tomato breeding program to obtain F1 hybrids.
