New strategies to extract weak phases from neutral B decays

We discuss new, theoretically clean strategies to determine the angle γ of the unitarity triangle from Bd→ DKS(L), Bs→ Dη(′), Dφ, ... decays, and point out that Bs→ DKS(L) and Bd→ Dπ0, Dρ0, ... modes allow very interesting determinations of the B0q–(overline{B^0_q}) mixing phases φs and φd, respectively. Their colour-allowed counterparts (ensuremath B_s o D_s^{(ast)pm} K^mp, ...) and (ensuremath B_d o D^{(ast)pm} pi^mp, ...) also offer new methods to probe γ.
