Paso inferior de la Plaza de Espa?a en Barcelona

Esta interesante obra, promovida por el Excelentísimo Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, tiene por objetivo transformar la estructura viaria de la plaza, acogiendo en un paso subterráneo todo el tráfico de entrada hacia el centro de la ciudad y procedente de la autovía de Castelldefels. La ejecución del proyecto se ha llevado a cabo en dos fases muy diferentes: a) tareas preparatorias, especialmente referidas a la ingente labor de cambiar los servicios públicos afectados; b) la obra propiamente dicha, consistente en el paso inferior y obras de preparación para transformar en metropolitano los FF.CC. Catalanes.↓The purpose of this interesting structure is to transform the road structure of the square by gathering in an underground pass all the incoming traffic towards the center of the city coming from the Castelldefels freeway. The project was carried out in two very different stages: a) preparatory work, particularly with reference to the huge job of changing the public utilities affected; b) the job itself consisting of the lower passageway and the preparation necessary to transform the Catalonian railroads into underground transportation.
