TheACRL’sFrameworkforInformationLiteracyforHigherEducationofferstheopportunitytorethinkinformationliteracyteachingandcurriculum.However,theACRL’srescindedInformationLiteracyCompetencyStandardsforHigherEducationcorrelatewiththepreferredresearchanddecision-makingmodelofthehealthsciences,evidence-basedpractice.Throughapartnership,librariansandfacultycanuseallthreetodevelopacurriculummapcomposedofaseriesofresearchassignmentsandlibraryinstructiondeliveredoverthecourseofatwo-yearundergraduatealliedhealthprogram.ThepresentedcurriculummapshowsthattheStandardscanberetainedandutilizedasabridgebetweenthenewFrameworkandevidence-basedpracticetostrengthentheimpactofinformationliteracyteachinginthehealthsciences.
