First person – Ying Liu

摘要

First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Biology Open, helping early-career researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Ying Liu is first author on ‘PWP1 promotes nutrient-responsive expression of 5S ribosomal RNA’, published in BiO. Ying is a PhD student in the lab of Ville Hietakangas at University of Helsinki, Finland, investigating nutrient-dependent metabolism and growth regulation.
