The ASNT Spring Conference was the setting forthe first face-to-face meeting of ICNDT's Executive since the 17WCNDT in October last year and was held at the Millennium Hotel in St Louis on 14 March 2009.rnThe weather on arrival, the day before, was cold and bleak with the temperature hovering around zero and a wind chill factor of about 8 degrees below. The following days, however, increased in temperature up to a balmy 24℃, with the locals exchanging winter woolies for shorts and T-shirts and enjoying the promise of an early spring.
