Creaform 3D Scanners gaining momentum in NDT industry

Creaform's 3D scanning system is gaining momentum in the NDT industry as it proves its speed and integrity of assessment across the nation. First introduced by Russell Fraser Sales (RFS) at the 1 8th International Corrosion Conference in November 2011, the system has now been demonstrated all over Australia, from Longford to Karratha and Whyalla to Brisbane. Creaform's 3D scanning system provides inspection rates up to 10 times faster than conventional pit gauging and data can be verified in real time during the acquisition. All raw data from the inspection is stored for any future interrogation or extraction of additional results for analysis at a later time.
