Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.rnWith this acquisition PTC will broaden its support for green product design and enable customers to manage and achieve compliance with the European Union's (EU) RoHS, WEEE, ELV, REACH, China's RoHS, and other environmental regulations.
