Creaform (creaform3d.com) has unveiled its new line-up of MetraSCAN 3D optical CMM scanners for quality control and reverse engineering applications. The combination of a MetraSCAN 3D CMM scanner and a HandyPROBE arm-free CMM creates a complete measurement system for points and surfaces, and enables geometrical and freeform inspection on the same part, with the same system.
