A new robust, intuitive resource for generating Pre-Con-struction Estimates, 'What If Scenarios, Preliminary Budgets, or Quick Answers to 'How Much Will It Cost?' is here! The new, powerful DCD Archives is now available on DCD.COM. It has been over 5 years since we opened up the archives of DCD magazine to our subscribers on DCD.COM. The archives were in a quick moving database based on our popular cost modeling software, D4C0ST?. Over the past several years we have conducted many subscriber surveys and have learned that while our subscribers like the functionality of the database - they wanted it to do more. We looked closely at the requests and saw that many of the requests were something D4C0ST already did. We asked why not merge some of the functionality of D4C0ST into the archives - and came to the quick decision to add the features our subscribers now wanted and continue to add more features in the future. Thus the DCD Archives, a massive database of over 1,200 projects and their real costto build along with its intuitive functionality, opened March 1st to the industry at DCD.COM.
