Health Sciences Building Addition & Renovation, Oakland Community College

Oakland Community College's Southfield Campus Health Sciences Building has served students and staff since 1981. An 85% increase in enrollment in health science fields over the past ten years increased the demand for state-of-the-art laboratory space. The OCC Board of Trustees approved a $25.3 million, 3 1/2 year expansion of the facility. The expansion option included a 20,138 square foot addition and 71,837 square feet of renovated space to accommodate 2,000 additional students.
