Le Centre On Fourth Embassy Suites

Located in the heart of the downtown entertainment district, a once run-down, vacant historic office structure was adapted into an eclectic mixed-use structure. This amazing renovation contained a hotel, a restaurant, a fitness center, retail stores, parking, and office components. The design of the Embassy Suites at Le Centre On Fourth modified hotel brand guidelines for the size and shapes of the guest suites. The existing structure was also modified in order to accommodate the 304 guest suites, resulting in unique floor plans and spaces. New window openings have been added on three elevations for the hotel suites. Four existing elevators were refurbished and two new elevators added to service the mixed-use areas. The lower level fitness area and pool have been fitted around existing columns and footings; a new ramp provides access to the underground parking garage.
