Ergonomics in computerized dentistry

The following contribution is based on the ESDETechnical Report No. 7 and additional statements concluded at last year's meeting of the special group in The Hague, the capital of the Netherlands. It concentrates not only on ergonomics but covers also other fields relating to the selection and use of electronic data techniques in dental practice. The official report and the statements (statements 3 and 4 will be published in the next issue of Dental Echo) were edited by Dr. Bert Wagner (member of the board of directors of ESDE and DE editor). The annual meeting '96 was held from October 25th to October 27th in Prague. The main subject was the health of the dental team. Dr. B. Wagner and Klaus Tuerck (KaVo) were the organizers of the congress. Dr. K. Kimmel, former member of the ESDE board, was also participating and will report.
