Let's toss some numbers around. Let us look at Infosys' employee numbers growth. As on the month ending September 2005, the company had about 46,000 employees, up 40% when compared to the corresponding September 2004 numbers; and an over 20,000 employees addition since March 31, 2004-Some more of these numbers. By March 31, 2005, Infosys had added about 11,000 employees for the full financial year.
