The standard user now understands much more about his technology or devices and understands that he can exercise the power of choice in the technology environment which exists today. Mobility and portability have emerged as key factors that have transformed the way the workforce functions and enhances productivity and efficiency. Both IT decision makers (ITDMs) and employees acknowledge the benefits of portable technology, whether they are used in isolation or in combination with two, three or even four other devices.
