Technology is gearing towards a cashless society. The arrival of smartphones has replaced many things we grew up with-music systems, alarm clock, recorder, etc. Now even the payment methods have changed-from cash to cheques, to credit cards and debit cards, and now to online banking and mobile commerce. It is just a matter of time before we embrace the idea of losing our wallets and opting for a digital one to buy flight tickets, coffee, pay our rent, etc.
