Technology and the Future of Education

According to the latest Kantar IMRB ICUBE Report, the internet user base in India has reached 566 million in 2018 from 481 million in 2017. With the internet becoming more accessible to a majority of population in India and around the world, Internet of Things has emerged as a technology that is revolutionising multiple sectors. Rapidly rising population of the country has over-burdened the Indian education system but adoption of loT has a potential to improve the quality of education in the country.
