Hilton guests zip from the airport to their rooms

In its transport vans, Hilton Hotels is using Mobile Zip-In, an on-board vehicle guest check-in service that has been operating in Hilton's Newark and Miami airport hotels since June 1997. When a Hilton shuttle van picks up guests at the terminal, the guests swipe their Hilton HHonors Worldwide membership card or another credit card through a terminal in the van that displays and transmits all registration information directly to the hotel. By the time the guests reach the hotel, there is an employee waiting with a registration packet and a room key.
