Consumers like a buyer's market, and net managers are no exception. Lower prices and wider availability have them giving a serious look at both ISDN and frame relay as a way to link remote sites to the central office. ISDN Systems Corp. (ISC, Vienna, Va.) is hoping to capitalize on this increased interest with its FX-PRI PC adapter card, which is among the first in the industry that can transform PCs that run Microsoft's Windows NT 3.5 into remote access servers that can accept ISDN PRI (primary-rate interface) or T1 (1.544-Mbit/s) frame relay connections.
