Dairy to dominate at Anuga

There is no doubt that Anuga Food Tec is one of the world's most relevant shows for the dairy industry. According to the show's organisers, nearly 500 of the 1,000 or so companies from 40 countries exhibiting at this year's show are active in the dairy industry. It is understandable that dairy makes up such a large part of a show hosted in Germany. Germany is the largest dairy producing country in Europe and milk, cheese and butter are three of the country's key exports.
