If someone had wanted to sit down and design a health claim regulatory system with the sole intention of bringing to an end the use of health claims in Europe, they couldn't have designed a better system than the one Europe has now adopted.rnAs it currently stands, products that are already on the market making health claims - even those already approved by national regulators - may find that by 2010 they can no longer use these claims.
