Triumph's engineers knew as soon as they pulled the wraps off of the last-generation Bonneville in 2000 that they wanted to make significant improvements. So instead of simply updating the existing T100, they tackled a complete redesign. With a narrower chassis, more efficient engine, slightly sportier riding position, and a slew of new technology, the 2016 Street Twin is the most accessible of the new Bonnies. The engine grew from 865 to 900CC and now pumps out 55 hp (less than the previous gen) and 59 pound-feet of torque (more than before). Service intervals went up from 6,000 to 10,000 miles.
