There are those who have worn knee braces and those who have not and there are these who swear by them and those who criti-cize their use. I am clearly amongst the first group and have been wearing various brands of knee braces for 15 years. With multiple com-panies making high-quality motocross-/off-road-specific braces these days, finding well-made, protective units isn't that difficult. But where different braces can be separated into two categories is in regard to fit and comfort. Riders who have worn knee braces over the years have likely experienced some form of discomfort from ill-fitting or poorly designed braces.
