As I indicated in my January 2005 editorial, the contact center/CRM industries are positioned for tremendous growth in 2005 and beyond. Barring unforeseen developments, we firmly believe that this will be the case. By the time you finish reading this editorial, I am sure you will be convinced as well. During the past month, I attended a call center conference and exhibition. I am happy to share with you that better than 90 percent of the companies I contacted indicated that sales has definitely picked up and the outlook is exceptionally bright for continuous growth.
