Productivity, AMS, and a Tribute to John Foushi

What do you think of when you hear the word "productivity"? Do you think of work hours per unit? Do you associate productivity with the 'blue collar' or 'white collar' workforce? Or do you think of it as a measure against an estimated standard? Certainly, all of these could be true, but my focus for this month's President's Message is on how to do more in less time.
