Caria Thomas-Baksh, CCC, is an up and coming younger member and rising star in AACE International. She is originally from the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago; the last islands in the Caribbean chain. She graduated from the University of London in computing and information systems and worked as a programmer/analyst for a large financial company.
