New multi-axis robot:More flexibility, less cycle time

Mitsubishi Electric Melfa RV-2SDB is a compact, high speed, high functionality robot with a 2 kg (4.41 Ib) (maximum 3 kg or 6.61 Ib) load carrying capacity and cycle times as little as 0.6 seconds. The vertical, multi-axis articulated robot arm can provide a significant productivity boost in assembly and production cells in a wide range of industries, with faster motion and unique design features to improve cycle times, the company said. Design gives greater freedom of movement over a larger motion space. Simple to program with Mitsubishi Electric software, it's easy to integrate and redeploy as needed, the company said.
