Advantech, an embedded computing provider, has released its Quiet Industrial Computer line with a full range of selections featuring acoustic and thermal optimization. The smart fan adjusts rotation speed while addressing both cooling and noise issues. Complying with the ISO 7779 standard, noise level is controlled down to as low as 35 dBA. The new family supports the latest in computing technology, Intel second-generation core i7 processors and DDR3 memory modules, along with two form factors, 4U rack-mount enclosure, and compact wall-mount enclosure.
