Kennedy Associates receives LEED volume pre-certification

This January, Seattle-based Kennedy Associates, an institutional investment advisor, completed sustainable enhancements, including upgrades to HVAC and plumbing systems, to 28 buildings in the U.S., becoming the first institutional investment advisor to receive U.S. Green Building Council LEED pre-certification for Ex-rnisting Buildings: Operations & Maintenance through a volume pilot program. Kennedy Associates is the second company to be awarded U.S.GBC LEED pre-certification.
