Following the sudden and tragic death of Aqua-therm President and CEO Steve Clark, and the recent retirement of Executive Vice President of U.S. Sales Ed Eldredge, the company announced a corporate restructuring designed to ensure the smooth and steady progress Clark set in motion six years ago. Eldredge retired on June 1, but will serve on the company's newly formed advisory board. Clark's son Adam, who has worked with the company for several years in numerous positions including director of marketing, will assume the role of president and chief operating officer. Chief Operating Officer David Chen has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, and, along with Adam Clark and Chief Financial Officer Jordan Hardy, will comprise the company's Board of Managing Directors.
