Did you always want to be a teacher? Probably not. But aren't you one anyway? If you've been in the HVAC industry more than a year or two, there have been times when you've had to show the new guy what's going on. Or on a service call the end user didn't know how to work the digital thermostat. And if you have kids ... well that training job just never ends.
