Family-owned and operated Interstate Mechanical Contractors (IMC) of Knoxville is announcing the launch of a new company - Interstate Mechanical Service (IMS). The birth of this new business is a result of the demand experienced by IMC from customers seeking quality service and management for HVAC, plumbing and controls. While mechanical and plumbing service has been a division of IMC since 1996, the new company is solely focused on providing HVAC, plumbing, and controls services to commercial and industrial facilities such as schools, healthcare facilities, worship centers, and retail establishments in Knoxville and the East Tennessee region. In addition to providing general services, IMS offers 24/7 emergency service for its clients.
