Luxury homes at ski resorts can be dream projects for radiant installers, but these large, one-of-a-kind projects can quickly become nightmares. The logistics and weather can combine to pose some of the toughest conditions for radiant installations, and jobs can become even tougher when owners change their minds and plans are altered on the fly. The key, according to Clay Thornton, is to making sure the client, the general contractor, and the radiant installer are all on the same page before the project begins.
