Ritchie Engineering Company Inc. has introduced Flex Flow Hoses 1/4-in. to 5/16-in. By combining the Flex Flow hose with a 1/4-in. to 5/16-in. coupler, the new hoses facilitate the servicing of mini-splits. Because of fewer connections, the risk of leaks is lowered, too. Available in yellow, blue or red, Flex Flow hoses are 9 in. long with a 1/4-in. connector on one end and a 5/16-in. connection on the other. Each hose includes a ball valve at one end for ultimate control of refrigerant flow. Ritchie Engineering Company Inc. also has introduced the Adjustable Temperature Probe Strap. For use with P51Titan and ManTooth digital manifolds, this thermistor-style probe strap allows the user to accurately measure temperatures from -40° F to 266° F on pipes as large as 6 in. in diameter. Featuring a 6-ft cable length, the probe's far reach provides measurements for a variety of applications.
