"Hire customers are not looking at price alone, they are looking for a total package." The words of Loxam Access managing director, Bernard Fournier, who was speaking at the IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) Access Summit in April, confirmed to those present that the priorities of their client base are changing. The summit - entitled Marketing Safety is Profitable - had its main focus firmly on safety, but it was made equally clear that this is just one aspect of delivering exactly what today's construction industry needs.
