Seven to share £300m work for Cambs council

Cambridgeshire county Council has lined up seven contractors to tackle £300m-worth of work on the local authority's buildings under a framework deal. From an initial field of 20, the winners are Kier Eastern, Morgan Ashurst, Willmott Dixon, Hertfordshire-based Ashe Construction and Borras Construction, Cambridge firm Coulson Building Group, plus Essex outfit Thomas Sinden.
