It's going to take some time to pick through the reams of Budget detail for clues about what the future really holds for construction.rnIf the Government's earlier £3bn stimulus package for construction is anything to go by it will be anyone's guess when money for anything new will materialise.rnWhat could prove a useful business indicator at present is the ease with which our politicians and economists now talk of green shoots of recovery without meeting widespread derision.
