摘要

This article sets out a collaborative model for teaching, performance and research in words/music relations based at Bangor University. The authors comment on a recent study day they held at the Oxford Lieder Festival with the pianist Sholto Kynoch, explain how his residency at the university has enabled collaborative teaching and research, and highlight the benefits of the collaboration for staff and students working in modern languages and music at Bangor.
