Circuit breaker enhancements

Eaton Corp. has expanded its circuit breaker capabilities to offer enhanced ground fault protection and nonfused current-limiting breaker modules for its Series G circuit breakers. The Earth Leakage Modules are equipped with a built-in current sensor and ground-fault relay. Current limiter modules provide automatic reset after interruption. The breakers are available in capacities up to 150 kA at 480 V ac. The module is designed with a second set of contacts to assist during high fault interruption.
