Design-assist approach allows for expedited project delivery

摘要

The article reports on performance documents created by design team of Allegheny Health Network for establishing a health care facility in western region of Pennsylvania. The documents contained performance narratives as well as a building information model. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design guidelines were created to form basis for trade contractors completing the design.
