Maximizing project delivery through BIM coordination and integration

The article focuses on how building design and construction teams maximize project delivery. It discusses the differences between a traditional Revit building model and the building information modeling (BIM). Several ways in which different project delivery methods can impact BIM are explained. The benefits of add-on software that is available to expand the power of BIM are also explored.
