WORKING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE AGC: PRESIDENT JIM WALTZE'S SUCCESSES AT GRIFFITH COMPANY SIGNAL A WEALTH OF TALENT AND A BANNER YEAR FOR AGC
I im Waltze has never been one to think small or to color inside the lines. So, a few years back, when the leading business lights predicted that construction companies best suited for survival were either large corporations or small firms that catered to niche markets, Jim didn't see an either/or situation: "I thought, 'Why wouldn't the best solution be a group of small, service-oriented companies under one large umbrella organization?'"
