Special fabrics win awards

In October, Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) marked its annual recognition of excellence in the specialty fabrics industry. IFAI's International Achievement Awards assessed complexity, design, workmanship, and function in the 387 entries received from 14 countries. Of the 28 categories, winners included: 1. Tensile Structures (under 929 m~2 [10,000 sf]) 1.1 Award of Excellence: 'Tempo,' LEAD Inc. (Norway); 2.1 Outstanding Achievement Award: 'Alameda del Rio,' Comercial Industrial Delta (Peru); and 3.1 Outstanding Achievement Award: 'Square in the Center of Development Zone of Ningbo,' Beijing N & L Fabric Technology (China).
