Contracting Superior Envelope Performance

Despite the growth in the array and quality of building products, the evolution of industry and code standards, developments in building science, and the commitments to installer training and certification, buildings still leak moisture in and energy out.rnThere is a multitude of reasons why our buildings leak. In fact, this multiplicity of explanations helps explain our collective failure to solve the challenge of providing superior envelope performance. 'Distributed blame' is why forensic building envelope engineering is a quickly growing component in design practice.
