Making Efficiency the New Standard

Milcor's new EE Series Roof Hatch is setting the energy efficiency standard. The EE Hatch achieves LEED? standards for recycled content, and both the curb and cover are insulated with 2" of environmentally friendly Polyisocyanurate. Other features of the EE Hatch include a 90° opening with torsion spring and automatic hold-open arms, heavy EPDM mechanically-applied weather seal, and galvanized steel with cool white, water based enamel finish.
