Qatar hosts first of this year's delay and disruption Masterclasses

The first of the 2011 series of internationally-acclaimed Hill International/CIOB Masterclasses in Construction Delay and Disruption will be held in Doha, Qatar, for the first time. Established in 2000, the Masterclass brings together 16 internationally-renowned speakers from construction and construction law.
