Sports coach offers tips on leadership, team development and mental toughness

Novus Wales held its flagship event of the year in May at the new Nantgarw Campus of Coleg Morgannwyg. More than 45 members came along to listen to the renowned sports psychologist Andy McCann (pictured left).McCann is an adviser, mentor and mental skills performance coach to individuals from many walks of life. Previously an award-winning teacher in physical education, McCann is now a director of DNA Definative, working across different sectors providing specialist support services on issues including leadership, change management, employee engagement and sustainability.
