Two projects win CIOB category of Scottish building awards

High standards and attention to detail have enabled two projects to scoop this year's CIOB Good Building Award at the Saltire Housing Design Awards in Scotland. The CIOB Good Building Award is presented to the contractor of projects for having achieved a consistently high standard of construction and quality of finish. Account has also been taken of such criteria as durability, sustainability, future maintenance and overall value for money.
