Ship shape: port regen outlined

Shoreham Port hosted a site visit recently for 25 CIOB members and guests. The multi-million pound Shoreham Harbour Regeneration project will see the area transformed by 2031 into a waterfront destination. The redevelopment will comprise a series of sustainable, mixed-use developments alongside a consolidated and enhanced Shoreham Port. It will include more than 1000 new riverside homes, restaurants,shops, office space and cycle ways as well as a new flood defence scheme.
