The news came as the contractors published their payment results for a second time in six months. The five fastest-paying contractors are: 1= Willmott Dixon: 32 days 1= Clugston: 32 days 3. Vinci: 33 days 4. Canary Wharf Contractors: 34 days 5. Mace: 34 days.
